The MSO will provide the following HR/payroll services to the members and, possibly, future customers: Time-tracking through time clocks, computer check-in or biometric devices; leave tracking; payroll processing; benefit tracking and an e-portal for position application and tracking.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) Development & Management
EHR implementation and maintenance, Report Customization (requirements change all the time), Ad Hoc Reporting (there is always a strong demand), Assigning caseloads, access and permissions, Forms customization and creation of new forms, Producing reports for CFBHN, DCF, VO, etc., Providing user support for Medical Records, Responding to ROIs, Assist during audits
Information Technology
Information technology services will include: Microsoft Office support, server support, IT help desk and support tracking system.
Finance & Accounting
Tracking receivables, accounts payable, general ledger, P & L/Balance sheet production, reports on demand.
Maintenance & Transportation
Maintenance tracking and PM for facilities and vehicles, assignment of tasks to crews, transportation scheduling, cost assignment.
